Important! Before submitting this application to exhibit at Expo during the 2019 Congress for the Humanities and Social Sciences, please review the Expo Pricing & Terms. Completion of this form does not secure your booth. This application form does not collect online payments. You will be contacted via email within ten (10) business days with notification of acceptance from the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences and instructions for payment. If booth is being shared by multiple organizations, please provide full name and website of each. If organization is bilingual, please provide name in English and French.

Please note that prices indicated here are exclusive of HST. HST will be added to your invoice. The early bird deadline is February 28, 2019.
Standard booths are pipe and drape and are located on the main floor of The Nest only. Hardwall booths include 3-5 shelves and are located in the Great Hall on the third floor of the next, with registration. Weight restriction of 30 lbs per 3'3" shelf.
Hardwall booths can have 3, 4 or 5 shelves in them.
Each booth includes one (1) skirted table (6') or one (1) lockable counter (40"). If you are reserving more than one (1) booth, please indicate the quantity for each.

The Federation will endeavour to accommodate any special requests regarding signage, placement, proximity to another organization, etc. but cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
