There are three main transit hubs on the UBC campus: One located on Student Union Boulevard in front of Gage Residences, servicing routes 84 and 44, a main bus loop located in front of the aquatic centre and along Wesbrook Mall servicing routes 480, 99, 49, 43, 41, 25 and 33, and one more located on University Boulevard close to the AMS Nest, servicing routes 9, 14 and 4.
Two TransLink routes at UBC offer a wide coverage of campus, creating stronger connection between amenities and attractions, neighbourhoods and student residences. Additional information can be found here. Please note regular one-zone transit fares apply.
There are three main Parkades available to Congress 2019 attendees: the North Parkade, the Fraser River Parkade and the West Parkade. Locations are identified on the Official Congress 2019 map. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis, with regular rates of $3.50/hr or $16.00/day and are open from 6:00 am to midnight. Note that both regular and accessible parking at UBC can be challenging at times so please allow extra time to find a stall and get to your destination.
Congress discounted parking permits are available for pre-purchase. To secure the Congress rate create a UBC Parking account. Click on 'Get Permits' section and select the option for Congress attendees. Congress attendees will be given a 50% discount. You can pre-purchase your pass starting May 27, 2019.
