European Researcher Day (ERD), organized by EURAXESS North America, celebrates and promotes Europe as a hub for research and innovation. It presents a unique networking opportunity through which European researchers can meet their counterparts from their current regions to advance their careers and explore opportunities to collaborate.

The event will hold panel discussions featuring various tools and platforms for job and funding opportunities in Europe and Canada, to be followed by a discussion on distinguished projects alleviating societal challenges from Canada, the US and the EU.

The event will be open to all European researchers, as well as current, previous and potential Canadian researchers who have or would like to benefit from European research grants to further their careers; representatives from European Embassies; and Canadian universities, industry & partners.
