Registration is required for all conference attendees, including speakers, presenters, panelists, organizers and those chairing or attending a session.
The theme of the 2019 congress is: “Circles of Conversation,” but papers on any onomastic topic are welcome. As a special feature, this year’s programme is augmented by the participation of the Chief Herald of Canada, Dr. Claire Boudreau. Dr. Boudreau will present her research under the title “The Representation of Names in Contemporary Canadian Heraldry: The Making Of Canting Arms and What They Tell About Names and Naming." We especially invite other papers that address the representation of names in various forms or media to be presented in a panel along with the Chief Herald's presentation.
